How to Use Our Templates

  • Choose your product in the "Template Finder" above.  Or, go to individual product pages by following these links: brochures, business cards, catalogs, flyers, newsletters, pocket folders, postcards, sell sheets, rack cards.
  • Find your preferred format (Adobe PDF, EPS, PNG, MS Word or PowerPoint) from the appropriate product and size.
  • Click or right-click and save to your desktop or project folder.
  • Open the file and design or paste you artwork, using the color coded rules to guide your content safely within the printing limits.
  • When finished, delete the template guides and save.
  • Prepare your file for upload.

Template Lingo

  • Live Area
     The "safe zone" for content.  Anything outside of the safe zone is subject to being trimmed due to small variations in trimming of your order.
  • Trim Size
    The targeted trim line representing the finished edge.
  • Bleed Size
    An extended area for backgrounds that are intended to "bleed off" the piece and be flush with the finished edge when trimmed.
