Use Our Free PDF Conversion Tool to Create a Print-Ready File and Preview Your Printing Project

 

Why PDF?

Adobe PDF (Portable Document Format) is the industry standard for transporting print files over the internet. By nature, PDFs create print-ready files and provide a preview of your project that is as close to the final printed piece as possible.

 

Windows Users

If you don't already own PDF conversion software, such as Adobe Acrobat Pro, we recommend you download CutePDF Writer (Freeware), which is a free tool that you can use to convert your files into PDFs.

Once installed, CutePDF works like a print-driver.  To convert your files, simply open them in the application you created them in and print the file, choosing CutePDF Writer as the printer.

 

You may also need to install Ghostscript (also free)
depending on your system configuration.

Mac Users

You already have PDF conversion tools built into your OS!

1. Open the document you want to convert to PDF in the native application.
2. Choose File > Print, and continues as follows:
3. Choose Save As PDF (Mac OS X v10.2.x), or click Preview and do one of the following (Mac OS X v10.1.x):

    

   • If Acrobat opens the preview, choose File > Save As, and then choose Adobe PDF Files from the Format pop-up menu.
   • If Preview opens the preview, choose File > Save As PDF.
4. Specify a filename and location, and then click Save.
